Dear Pastor,

 

I trust that you have finally dug out of all the snow and have things back to normal by now!  Hopefully, we won’t have any more weather issues preventing our March meeting.

 

The next meeting will be at Fairfax Baptist Temple with Pastor Troy Calvert.  A continental breakfast will be provided at 9:30, and a lunch of Chicken Cordon Bleu will be served at 12:30.  Pastor Bob Warnick of Westmoreland Independent Baptist Church will be our speaker, and there will be special music provided by FBT school choirs, as well as Mrs. Becky Calvert.  The church is located at 6401 Missionary Lane, Fairfax Station, VA 22039.  The phone number is 703-323-8100.

 

Directions are as follows:

 

From points west: Take 66 East to exit #55 Fairfax County Parkway (7100 South) toward Springfield.  Continue for approximately 8 miles and turn right at Burke Lake Road.  Take the first right on Missionary Lane.

 

From points east: Take 495 South to exit 54A Braddock Road (620W).  Turn left at Burke Lake Road.  Follow for approximately 4 miles to Missionary Lane, which is the first street on the right after the signal for the Fairfax County Pkwy (7100).  Turn right.

 

From points south: Take 95 North to exit 160B 123N toward Occoquan.  Follow for approximately 8.5 miles to Burke Lake Road.  Turn right.  Follow for 1 mile to Missionary Lane (just before signal for the Fairfax County Pkwy (7100).  Turn left.

 

Attached you will find a nomination form for the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, 1 Councilman/3 year term, and 1 Councilman/2 year term.  Any of the current officers may be re-elected to another term, if you wish to do so.  Please mail your nominations back to me using info@clvry.org. I need to have these no later than Monday, March 5, by 5:00 p.m.
