Dear Pastor,

 

I’d like to start off by thanking Pastor Jerry Walkowiak and the folks at Heritage Baptist Church in Winchester for hosting last month’s meeting.  It was a wonderful time of preaching and fellowship.

 

This month’s meeting will be at Westmoreland Independent Baptist Church in Colonial Beach with Pastor Robert Warnick on August 10.  There will be light morning refreshments at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m.  The speakers for the meeting will be Evangelist Chuck Harding, and Pastor Mike Creed of Independent Baptist Church in Clinton, Maryland.  The theme of this month’s meeting is “Awake America!  Bringing Christianity Back to America.”  A luncheon is planned for after the meeting.

Directions are as follows:

 

From the north: 

1) Take Route 301 South Crossing over the Potomac River Toll Bridge to Route 218.

2)  Take a left off of 301 onto Route 218. 

3) Take Route 218 and make a left turn onto Route 205. 

4) Take 205 into Colonial Beach.  At the signal light at the intersection of 205 and Colonial Avenue, make a left (McDonald’s will be on your right). 

5) Take Colonial Avenue to Lynnhaven Avenue, and make a right (BB&T Bank). 

6) Take Lynnhaven to Hairpin Turn onto Dennison Street.  Church is on your left near the water tower.

 

From the west:

1) Take I-95 toward Fredericksburg. 

2) Take Route 3 East to Route 205. 

3) Make a left onto Route 205, and continue on to Colonial Beach.

4) Follow remaining directions – numbers 4-6.

 

From the south: 

1) Take 1-95 North to Exit 104/Route 217. 

2) Route 217 becomes Route 301.  Make right onto Route 205, and follow in to Colonial Beach. 

3) Follow remaining directions – numbers 4-6.
